Are all Instructor-Led training sessions live?
A

All CitiDirect® Instructor-Led training sessions are live and hosted by a member of Citi’s Digital Client Support Training team.

How do I register for Instructor-Led training sessions in my region?
A

From the Citi Client Service Academy Homepage, please select the region required and access the training calendar. Please review the calendar based on the topic required. A filtering option is available for ease of review. Once a suitable date/time is available, click ‘Register’ and fill the required short registration form. A registration email will be sent soon after clicking the ‘Register’ button to the email address provided in the form. Please always ensure your company email is added correctly.

What if I have a specific training language requirement?
A

Depending on the region selected, please filter by the languages offered in the Training Calendar. Please note that the EMEA and North America training sessions are offered in English only.

How do I join the Instructor-Led training sessions after registering?
A

The Citi Client Academy utilizes Zoom web conference facilities, enabling multi-client sessions. Please follow the link received in the registration email. You can also add the session to your calendar from the registration email. All Instructor Led training sessions commence at the date and time specified for the region/country selected.

A

The training calendar is updated bi-monthly for all regions globally.

Can I trust the live Citi trainers’ knowledge?
A

All our in-house training is conducted by a member of the Citi’s Digital Client Support Training team. They have years of CitiDirect® experience and are always striving to provide a best-in-class training experience.
All CitiDirect® Instructor-Led training sessions offer a Q&A to allow live client questions. Please remember Instructor-Led trainings are multi-client sessions.
