If you don't know who your Security Manager is, you can find them by navigating to your CitiDirect account settings and following the below instructions. If you're unable to log in to CitiDirect, reach out to a colleague in your organization that has access and have them follow the below steps:
- Select your user icon, and click Settings.
- In the My Settings pop-up window, select More Settings.
- Select the search icon next to Find My Security Manager to view the list of Security Managers in your organization.
In some cases, your organization may not have a Security Manager. If you're still unable to identify your Security Manager or your organization doesn't have one, contact your normal Citi Service contacts for assistance. They can help identify the right contact and guide you through next steps.
